PACKAGE SHIPMENT:

• A contact name, current phone number and company name are required for all shipments. (We cannot ship to Postal Boxes.)
• All shipped items will include a tracking number and delivery insurance for the goods purchase price.
• All international shipments will be shipped via FedEx, DHL or UPS. We do not ship internationally with USPS.
• Collect package shipments; please provide us with your FEDEX, DHL or UPS shipping account number.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Payments are expected in a timely manner, please contact us in the event that payment cannot be made within three days so payment arrangements can be made.

• We accept: PayPal, or Bank Wire Transfers in USD (There is a $25 wire transfer fee).

RETURNS:

Unless stated in listing or agreed upon by both parties prior to order placement, items are sold As-Is. No Returns.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying  AND IF THE ITEM IS ALLOWED TO BE IMPORTED.  These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
