CCSA is an open non-profit corporate social organization engaged in standardization activities in the field of information and communication technology. As long as any member abides by applicable laws and regulations, his right to participate in all activities of CCSA is guaranteed by the association's charter.

CCSA believes that as an open standard and industrial organization, the association should not restrict, suspend or terminate any member's right to participate in the activities of public organizations, provided that members comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Based on the above principles, the corresponding rights of CCSA members will not be affected by their inclusion in the Entity List by the US BIS; all members (including those included in the Entity List) will participate in the open standards activities of CCSA without being affected. CCSA provides services to all members and safeguards their legitimate rights in accordance with the association's charter.
